Salary: £30,914 per year
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday

Shift Rotation:
Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30
Week 2: 09:30 – 18:00
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Logistics & Delivery Operative / Stock Controller to join a busy and fast-paced operation.

This is a varied role involving warehouse duties, stock control, administration tasks, and delivering orders when required. Approximately 80% of the role will be warehouse-based.

Key Responsibilities:
• Picking and packing orders
• Completing daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes
• Maintaining and managing warehouse management systems (WMS)
• General administration duties including emails and paperwork
• Delivering customer orders when required
• Adapting military parts
• Stock reporting and inventory control
• Dealing with customer and supplier stock enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and data input
• Ensuring efficient stock flow throughout the site
• Supporting a safe and organised working environment
• Operating MHE where required

Requirements:
• Must be eligible for BPSS & SC Security Clearance
• Full UK driving licence required
• Previous warehouse and stock control experience preferred
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to work and on-call duties
• MHE/FLT licences desirable but not essential

Additional Information:
• On-call rota – 1 week in every 6
• Occasional out-of-hours order picking and deliveries may be required
