Salary: £13.55 per hour (£13.75 per hour with an NVQ)
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Rota: 3 night shifts one week, 4 night shifts the next (42 hours per week)
Weekend Working: Alternate weekends required

The Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver excellent standards of care.

Requirements
– Previous experience working as a Care Assistant is essential.
– A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– The right to work in the UK.
– Applicants requiring sponsorship must have a minimum of one year remaining on their current visa.

Pay & Benefits
– £13.55 per hour.
– £13.75 per hour for candidates holding a relevant NVQ qualification.
– 10% enhancement for weekend shifts.
– Full-time permanent position (42 hours per week).
– Consistent alternating shift pattern.
– Supportive working environment.

Please note: Breaks are unpaid.
