About the Role
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide essential administrative and logistical support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the depot.
Working closely with the management team, you’ll play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, maintaining accurate records, liaising with customers and suppliers, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide day-to-day administrative support for the warehouse operation.
– Liaise with customers and suppliers, responding to enquiries professionally.
– Process data accurately and maintain warehouse records.
– Assist with procurement requirements.
– Produce weekly and monthly management reports.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives.
– Carry out general administration duties and provide ad hoc support as required.
– Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met.
Skills & Experience
– Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
– Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
– Strong customer service skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Ability to work accurately under pressure.
– Strong organisational and time management skills.
– A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
– Team player with effective problem-solving abilities.
