Location: Thornbury, Bristol
Salary: £30,571 per annum
Working Pattern: 4 days per week
Start Time: 3:00am
Shift Length: 9 hours per day

We are currently recruiting for 6 x 3.5T Van Drivers based in Thornbury, Bristol.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a 4-day working week with 3:00am starts. You will be responsible for completing approximately 18–22 deliveries per day, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time while maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
– Take full ownership of your daily delivery route.
– Complete approximately 18–22 drops per day.
– Deliver products safely, efficiently and on time.
– Ensure in-store cabinets are fully stocked, clean, correctly merchandised and campaign-ready.
– Accurately record waste and support demand planning.
– Maintain high standards of vehicle care, safety and compliance.
– Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to support operational performance.
– Represent the business professionally at customer and delivery locations.
– Follow all relevant road safety and driving regulations.

Requirements
– Full UK Driving Licence – standard Category B licence suitable for a 3.5T vehicle.
– Minimum age of 23 with at least 2 years’ driving experience, subject to insurance requirements.
– No more than 6 penalty points, with minor offences only.
– Previous commercial multi-drop driving experience preferred.
– Good knowledge of road safety and compliance requirements.
– Strong time management and organisational skills.
– Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
– Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
– Professional, customer-focused approach.
– Comfortable with early starts and a physically active, hands-on role.
