Mobile Mechanic – OTE £60,000

Resolve Recruitment Services are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic who enjoys working across multiple locations, offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through on-call and call-out bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
Specialise in cam belts, clutches, and general mechanical work
Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
Minimum 6 years’ experience (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Salary & Benefits
OTE £60,000 per annum
£70 per week on-call allowance
£50–£70 bonus for every completed call-out job
Overtime paid at time and a half
Salary reviewed every 12 months
Monthly pay (around the 1st of each month)
Company van provided (work use only)
Discounts on MOTs and vehicle parts
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
40 hours per week
30-minute unpaid lunch break
On-call rota: 1 week in every 3
Bank holidays worked on a rota basis (day in lieu provided)
Additional Information
20 days’ holiday plus 8 bank holidays (April–March)
Company pension scheme (NEST)
Quarterly performance reviews with a full annual appraisal
Notice period: 1 week during probation, 1 month thereafter
Role involves working across various employer and client locations
