The Role
Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for an exciting opportunity with one of the UK’s leading third-party logistics (3PL) providers in Preston.

This is a fantastic opportunity for professional HGV Class 1 drivers looking for consistent Monday–Friday work, competitive salary and the opportunity to build a long-term career with an established logistics organisation.

Both day and night shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities
– Safely and efficiently transport goods across the UK
– Follow planned routes and delivery schedules
– Complete thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driving hours and mileage
– Communicate effectively with the transport and logistics team
– Report any delays, incidents or vehicle issues promptly
– Ensure all loads are secure and comply with legal requirements
– Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers

Requirements
– Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
– Minimum 18 months’ HGV driving experience
– Valid Driver CPC qualification
– Valid Digital Tachograph Card
– Minimal or no penalty points
– Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations
– General haulage experience is preferred but not essential
– Strong time management and communication skills
– Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
– Ability to work Monday–Friday on either day or night shifts
