The Role
Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for 2 x 7.5T / HGV Class 2 EOLT Drivers to join our client’s operation in Plymouth.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the collection of end-of-life tyres (EOLT) across the local area.

This is a physically demanding role, with heavy lifting involved, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling and working in a hands-on environment.

Hours & Pay
– Standard 7.5T Driver
– 40-hour contract
– 05:00 start until finish
– £15.21 per hour
– Overtime: £20.23 per hour
– Saturday rate: £22.82 per hour
– Approximate annual salary: £31,723.80 before overtime

EOLT Driver
– 40-hour contract
– 05:00 start until finish
– £16.21 per hour
– Overtime: £21.56 per hour
– Saturday rate: £24.32 per hour
– Approximate annual salary: £33,809.52 before overtime

Key Responsibilities
– Carrying out collections of end-of-life tyres
– Driving a 7.5T vehicle safely and responsibly
– Loading and unloading tyres
– Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
– Completing vehicle and collection checks as required
– Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
– Following all relevant health and safety procedures

About You
The ideal candidate will:

– Hold the relevant 7.5T / HGV driving licence
– Have previous commercial driving experience
– Be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
– Have a good understanding of road safety and vehicle checks
– Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
– Have a professional attitude and good customer service skills
– Be comfortable with early morning starts
