Location: Grimsby

Pay: £19.61 – £21.29 per hour (including holiday pay)

Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for an excellent opportunity based in Grimsby.

This is an ongoing role with a well-established client, offering regular work, competitive rates of pay, and the opportunity to join a busy and professional transport operation.

Working Hours
– Monday to Friday
– Day and Night shifts available
– No tramping
– Average of 50 hours per week
– Overtime available

Key Responsibilities
– Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects promptly.
– Ensure all loads are correctly secured before departure.
– Complete trunking and multi-drop deliveries safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drivers’ hours regulations.
– Deliver excellent customer service at delivery points.
– Complete all relevant delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
– Follow all road traffic legislation, health and safety procedures, and company policies.

Requirements
– Valid Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence.
– Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
– Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
– Previous Class 1 driving experience.
– Ability to lift up to 18kg when required.
– Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
– Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing a high standard of service.
