Resolve Recruitment Services is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for both day and night shifts in the Daventry area. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers with a minimum of 18 months’ experience who are looking for ongoing work with a well-established and respected logistics operation.

Who will you be working with?

You will be working with one of the UK’s most reputable third-party logistics (3PL) providers, delivering high-quality transport and distribution services nationwide. Key Responsibilities:

– Carry out nationwide deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
– Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections and report any issues
– Keep accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and delivery documentation
– Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding any delays or incidents
– Ensure all goods are transported securely and in line with legal requirements
– Represent the business professionally while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

– Full UK C+E (Class 1) licence with minimal or no penalty points
– Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
– At least 18 months’ HGV Class 1 driving experience
– Previous general haulage experience advantageous
– Strong understanding of UK driving laws and road networks
– Reliable, self-motivated, and organised approach to work
