Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for 2 x 7.5T Drivers to join a well-established company based in Avonmouth, Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced driver looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position with excellent work-life balance and no weekend or bank holiday working.

The Role
Position: 7.5T Driver
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Salary: £32,947 per annum
Hours: 45-hour contract
Start time: 5:00am
Working days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: No weekend work
Bank holidays: No bank holiday working
Overtime: Paid when working over 45 hours per week
Vacancies: 2 positions available

The role operates on a job-and-finish basis, meaning drivers can finish once their daily deliveries are completed. Although contracted to 45 hours per week, drivers rarely get close to the full 45 hours.

Overtime is available when drivers work over 45 hours in a week. Hours are calculated weekly rather than daily, as busy days will generally balance out with shorter routes on other days.

About You
Ideally, you will have:

– At least 12 months’ 7.5T driving experience
– Previous multi-drop delivery experience
– Experience in a customer-facing driving role
– Excellent customer service skills
– A reliable and professional approach
– Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations
