Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for two experienced Chefs to join a well-established pub kitchen based in Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs who have previous experience working in a busy pub environment and are looking for a stable, full-time role within a friendly and supportive team.

The role will involve preparing and cooking high-quality pub food, maintaining kitchen standards, and working efficiently during busy service periods.

Kitchen Opening Times:
Monday: 12:00 – 20:00
Tuesday: 12:00 – 20:00
Wednesday: 12:00 – 22:00
Thursday: 09:00 – 20:00
Friday: 09:00 – 20:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 20:00

You will work 40 hours per week, with a mixture of shifts across the week based on the kitchen opening times.

Key Responsibilities:
– Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
– Assisting with daily kitchen operations
– Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
– Working effectively as part of the kitchen team
– Supporting busy service periods and ensuring smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:
– Previous pub kitchen experience is essential
– Ability to work flexible shifts across the week
– Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good team player with a positive attitude
