Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established retail operation based in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent temp-to-permanent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their warehouse management career.

Role Details:
Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 03:00
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Contract: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervising warehouse operations during the night shift
– Managing and motivating a team to meet operational targets
– Ensuring stock is handled, stored, and dispatched accurately
– Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
– Supporting retail distribution and operational efficiency

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
– Experience within retail operations is desirable
– FLT licence is desirable but not essential
– Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
