Resolve Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Avonmouth, Bristol.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to secure long-term employment with a well-established company.

Shift Pattern
– Monday night to Saturday morning
– Midnight – 9:30am
– 45 hours per week

Pay & Benefits
– Annual salary of £32,245.20 (based on a 45-hour week)
– Overtime paid at £20.67 per hour after 45 hours
– Temp-to-perm opportunity
– 20 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays (once permanent)

Key Responsibilities
– Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
– Loading and unloading vehicles
– Moving stock throughout the warehouse
– Picking, packing and preparing orders when required
– Assisting with stock control and inventory
– Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
– Following all health and safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate
– Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience is essential
– An in-house Counterbalance Forklift certificate will be accepted
– Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
– Comfortable working night shifts
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Good communication skills
– Warehouse experience is advantageous
