About the Role
Resolve Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Washroom Service Operative to join their team. This is a full-time role, primarily based from the Avonmouth depot, with opportunities to work across the surrounding area.
You’ll be responsible for delivering an excellent washroom service to customers, including servicing and installing products to high standards. This could involve:

Emptying sanitary bins, nappy bins, urinal screens, and sharps bins
Replenishing soaps, sanitisers, roller towels, and air fresheners
Collecting tattooist’s waste and maintaining hygiene standards
Ensuring quality control and providing top-notch customer service

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Core hours: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (based on an 8-hour shift, flexible depending on customer requirements)
Paid overtime regularly available
Early start times may allow finishing around 3 pm
Covering areas Bath/Somerset/South Gloucestershire/Wiltshire area (BS, BA, GL, TA, SN postcodes)

Requirements

Full UK manual driving licence
Presentable with good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to drive and operate a small transit vehicle (desirable)
Customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
Knowledge of the local area is a plus
Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
