Resolve Recruitment Services are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Biggleswade for experienced VNA Drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, skilled drivers looking for immediate starts and a long-term career in a dynamic warehouse environment.

What you’ll be doing:
As a VNA Driver, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient movement of stock around the warehouse. Responsibilities include:

• Operating the VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift safely and efficiently

• Loading, unloading, and moving stock to designated areas

• Conducting daily equipment checks to ensure safety and compliance

• Maintaining accurate records of stock movements

• Working as part of a team to meet daily production and delivery targets

What we’re looking for:

• A valid VNA licence is essential

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated

• Ability to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (days or nights)

What’s on offer:

• Pay: 

Nights £176.52 per shift

Days £164.33 per shift

• Temp to perm opportunity with the potential for permanent placement

• Induction provided on your first day to ensure you’re confident and prepared

• Immediate starts available
